The Los Angeles Zoo's Big Bunny's Spring Fling, starting this Friday, Easter Weekend.
It's a three-day
extravaganza Big Bunny’s Spring Fling taking place Friday, April 18 through
Easter Sunday, April 20, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
With your kids or somebody's else's or with your significant other, you can be a kid again by crafting bunny ears and petting adorable bunnies as well as visit the
Eggucation Station. The popular star of the event, Big Bunny, will be available
for souvenir photos at a nominal cost throughout the three-day event.
Big Bunny’s Spring Fling
weekend entertainment includes Campfire Bunny show at the Winnick Family
Children’s Zoo, kids magic show by The Great Scott!, Pet a Fuzzy Bunny and An
Eggucation Station where kids can learn about rabbits. Strolling entertainers will be featured
throughout the three-day weekend including Deon the Stilt Walker, Bunny
characters, Terrell and Takako with their origami delights as well as music by
Chris and Maggie, Heidi Swedbert and The Sukey Jump Band. There will also be an opportunity for
visitors to support Zoo conservation efforts by participating in the GLAZA
ADOPT an animal program. During Big
Bunny’s Spring Fling, a plush bunny will be given with every animal adoption
(while supplies last).
All Big Bunny Spring
Fling activities are free with paid Zoo admission or GLAZA membership. Zoo admission is $18 for adults; $13 for
children 2-12; $15 for seniors 62 and up. Admission is free for GLAZA members
and children under two. Free parking
available.
