Manhattan Culturati On New Year's Eve at The Standard Hollywood's Mmmhmmm with Susanne Bartsch, Joey Arias, & Constance Cooper.

By Laura Medina

It's not every New Year's Eve that Manhattan nightclub legends, performance artist, cabaret singer, and drag artist Joey Arias and nightclub/event promoter and talent scout, Susanne Bartsch, along with Constance Cooper...

who modeled in The Standard Hollywood's lobby...

got together for a rare night in Hollywood...

to celebrate New Year's Eve at The Standard Hollywood's Mmmhmmm, giving Hollywood a night of intimate Manhattan cabaret with Susanne Bartsch hosting and doing the countdown to the New Year.  She's fresh off her documentary,"Susanne: On Top." 2018 was a great way for a bigger audience to know her long, hard work, from pioneering event promoter and producer to a talent scout who discovered RuPaul and Joey Arias to spice promotional parties.  She launched RuPaul's career.

On this intimate night in this intimate setting, lucky guests were treated to exclusive, up close and personal performance by Joey Arias, crooning Billie Holiday then screaming Led Zepplin's "Whole Lotta Love" and Creem's "Sunshine of My Life."

Folks rock out with Manhattan's legendary culturati who launch RuPaul and are the roots to Lady Gaga's pop performance art, earning her millions of dollar.

Cheers to a rare event.
