Hibernating as Hygge, Spa-ing as It Snows.

By Laura Medina

Okay, the snow doesn't get you going.  We're all mammals.  Majority of mammals are snoozing through the snow right now.  They're hibernating, when we mere mortals are recovering and recuperating from the holidays.  It's serious "me" time.

Your circadian rhythm and your dry skin are aching to stay in and soak in an hot tub.

Kneipp Body Oil are good at healing bruises and cuts when slathered on, say surgery.  Or, you can simply drizzle the oil into your hot tub then soak or again, simply slather on, post-bath.

Dr. Teal's Foaming Bath is affordable aromatherapy, a quick and frugal way to transform your bathroom into a spa.

When you are good and prowled your way thru the snow and the ice skiing and jogging, your muscles earned a good soak in Dr. Teal's Pre and Post Work-Out Epsom Salt Soak and Menthol, both known to comfort and relieve overworked muscles, allowing for optimum performance, so you can recover for the next day.

A new way to do mousse.  Pump a handful of Rituals' Eucalyptus and Rosemary Hammam, combining the aromatic and revitalizing properties of refreshing Eucalyptus and Rosemary, transforming your own bathroom into a real Hammam.  A new generation of "take me away."

Hygge is an elevated way to hibernate, how you Winter.
