Since we've spent all past year mastering our baking skills and cocktail mixing, shoot why not do something sweet, simple, and sentimental with rose water!

ROSE ALL DAY CUPCAKE BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
For Brownie Cupcakes:
chocolate brownie mix
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup oil or butter
-3 tablespoons water
-Optional: 1 tsp rose water
For Buttercream Frosting:
-2/3 cup grass-fed or vegan butter
-2/3 cup raw honey
-2 tsp Arrowroot or Tapioca
-1 tsp beetroot powder for natural pink color
-Optional: 1 tsp rose water
-Toppings: dried rose petals or strawberry slices!
HOW TO: Follow directions on the back of the box to make your brownies and add optional rose water. Distribute evenly into cupcake tins. Bake at 375 for 18-20 mins. While treats bake, prep the frosting:
-Whip 2/3 cup of butter + 2/3 cup honey. Add arrowroot/tapioca slowly while blending until fully incorporated. Use a piping bag or a spoon & spread frosting evenly onto each cupcake and top with dried rose petals or strawberries! Take a bite & remind yourself how loved you are!

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
-1.5 oz Lakanto Monkfruit simple syrup (non-GMO & zero glycemic)
-1.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 oz gin of choice
- Rose water
-Edible gold glitter
-Enough ice for one full shaker
-Garnish: dried rose petals
DIRECTIONS: Pour Lakanto simple syrup into your shaker. Muddle in 2-3 juicy strawberries, then add your lemon juice. Pour in the gin and get fancy with a few drops of rose water & a dash of edible glitter! Fill your shaker w/ ice and shake for 12 seconds! Strain into glasses & top with rose petals. Cheers to LOVE!
