It's approaching fast...this week actually, the same time and day as the Opening Ceremonies for the Sochi Winter 2014 Olympics, Vanity Fair's 20th Annual HOLLYWOOD Issue.
Unlike the previous cover themes where each year, they flip-flop between newbies and legends, this year's cover theme is a mixture of the established vanguards such as Julia Roberts and George Clooney with this year's breaking-out ingenues, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Lupita Nyong'o, and Idris Elba.

For today Hollywood's stalwarts, George and Julia find posing for Annie Leibovitz, "fun."
Left, Chiwetel Ejiofor. Middle, Lupita Nyong'o, and Right, Idris Elba.

Chiwetel Ejiofor, "Amazing. Annie's work, especially, just terrific. Just thrilled to be involved, to be here. Amazing."
Idris Elba on posing on the cover of Vanity Fair with George and Julia, "It's a very exciting experience, I have to say. A lot of fun."
Now, this year's Vanity Fair cover is significant. Chiwetel, Lupita, and Idris represent the new leading lights of today's British talent rising up the rank in today's British television and film for the past decade, in "Kinky Boots," the movie and the "Luther," the tv crime drama.
Of course, Los Angeles and New York will get first pickings on February 7th this Friday then the rest of the country will follow on February the 11th.
