Hollywood’s A-list style stars stepped out for the opening of the Miss Dior Millefiori Garden Pop-Up and Café in Los Angeles on Friday, March 18, and the event was lush with thousands of flowers — and fabulous fashion! Stylish was there and sipped the signature cocktails and participated in the immersive experiences that will be open to the public through March 27.
The opening fete was an one-night affair but it was a solid hit through out the whole week of March 21st to the very end, celebrating Oscar Sunday with a cocktail party at the pop-up cafe.
The immersive pop-up dives deep into the world of Miss Dior, a fragrance first created by Christian Dior in 1947, inspired by his beloved sister, Catherine Dior. In the interactive environment, one can discover the history of the scent, the evolution of the iconic perfume bottle and view the very gown worn by Natalie Portman in the campaign, recently on display at the ‘Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams’ exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum. The elegant haute couture gown was designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri solely for the vibrant, youthful relaunch of Miss Dior, in which Portman can be seen urging us to “wake up for love.” Guests can also enjoy custom AR experiences including exclusive Snapchat and Instagram filters that place the user in the campaign and so much more; and a many of guests enjoyed the free Dior makeovers in one corner while sipping free Dior Rose Latte, Rose French Macaroons, Rose croissants, and guzzling refreshsing Rose-Grapefruit Iced Tea, the whole day, every day, through out the week until Oscar Sunday with Sunday night's cocktail party.
Guests did all that, in a flower bouquet filled building, that represent the floral ingredient notes in the Miss Dior perfume, being promoted through-out Oscar Week.
It's evident in the free food and beverage treats, that the Miss Dior perfume notes are representative in the food and drinks. Guests were literally soaking and digesting both French culture and Miss Dior perfume and loving every minute of it.
The perfume-theme showcased continued and went further with the delightful Dior Skincare Dinner. Thanks to advanced nanotechnology, Dior Skincare is flower powered from the same flowers fueling Miss Dior perfume, using flowers in triple ways: fragrance, edibles, and skincare.
In Dior labs, they extract the antioxidants and stem cells from the flowers into rejuvenating skincare.
Again, the dinner not only represent the perfume and French culture, the food promote good internal skincare health...
