Two days after Polite Society Cosmetics' sweet weekend takeover of La La Kind Cafe on Santa Monica's Montana Ave., Selena Gomez's Rare Beauty did a cafe pop-up in the middle of the Westfield Century City Mall.
When you purchase a mere one item or more from Rare Beauty at Century City Mall's Sephora, they'll give you a sticker to present at Rare Beauty Cafe where you can come in, be gifted with a Rare Beauty backpack then be treated to whatever and how many you like lattes and coffee, iced or hot, with whole milk or oat milk.
It was opened from 12 noon to 3pm.
During those three hours, when staffers notice someone lounging alone, they're more than happy to offer comfort and joy, by giving guests company so no one will feel isolated.
This Tuesday was World Mental Health Day.
This was also the reason for the preceding Polite Society's La La Land Kind Cafe over the weekend.
In the weekend preceding World Mental Health Day, Polite Society Cosmetics are all about skin-kind ingredients. Therefore, it makes sense a skin-kind makeup company would take over a cafe, that's all about promoting kindness and inclusivity through coffee and snacks.
Polite Society turned La La Land Kind Cafe into a makeup wonderland.
Just for strutting in because you're wondering what's going on, Polite Society automatically gifts you with free full-sized lip gloss and a travel-sized mascara.
Obviously, Polite Society sold the whole line, with rare, limited-edition sweatshirts and a collectible holiday eyeshadow, along with limited edition lattes.
These past days were a makeup dream, promoting kindness and inclusivity.
