Stars Stealing the Scene at STAR Magazine's Party, Tacori Dazzles, & DSW is Shoes Paradise on Santa Monica Beach

By Laura Medina
All in order: STAR Magazine, Tacori, then DSW Shoes.

This is a not-so-basic round-up of parties covering the full demographic spectrum of Hollywood.

The first up is "Young Hollywood" graciously represented by hot character actor, Jesse Heiman.  He is one of many young stars in a galaxy of Hollywood hotties celebrating the current issue of STAR Magazine at the Roosevelt Hotel's Tropicana Bar, outdoor, poolside club.

Quest Crew, the winning dance group from MTVs America’s Best Dance Crew, were the highlight of the evening, popping, locking, and flipping to everyone's delight.

The dashingly handsome but jam-packed with talent, the Eye Candy Twins, had the most jaded of Young Hollywood hitting the dance floor.

Swinging from Young Hollywood to Classic Hollywood, Tacori Jewelry threw a bash to celebrate its new  “Starlit” Collection and its new fashion “Moon Rosé” collection at the "Great Gatsby-sque" Greystone Manor.

Jazz vocalist, Jill Lamoureaux, warmed the glittering guests as they wait for...

Aerialists tumble on industrial-strength satin sheets and spinning on and in huge birdcages, oohhhing and aawwwwing the audience.

The stars oohhhinnng and aawwwing as part of the audience were the equally classy
"Mad Men's" Christina Hendricks, Whitney Port, and " Tia & Tamera's" Tamera Mowry-Housley.

Switching from jaw-dropping elegance with acrobatics to something everyone, women or men can agree on, great-looking shoes that look and feel great.

DSW Shoes throw an intimate but no less glamourous book release party for its style Book, "Do You Speak Shoe Lover? Style and Stories from Inside DSW", guide-type book from leading shoe retailer DSW, delves into the national obsession with shoes.

Steven Madden join the fete at the legendary Marion Davis Guest House on Annenberg Community Beach House.  Yes, that Marion Davis, Randolph Hearst's "girlfriend" while still legally married to his wife.  Yes, it was really nice of the Annenberg Foundation to rebuilt the guest house to its former glory to the joy of the party guests.

Roaming around, the guests were whispering, "If these walls could talk."

The reality was the industry buzz of...shoes and how DSW can help shoe-holics style themselves around their shoes.  Among the shoe-holics were actress, Mimi Rogers, the first Ms. Tom Cruise.

So, this is the round-up from the party circuit.
