NINA GARCIA & JAMEELA JAMIL ALONG WITH E! ENTERTAINMENT, HOST ELLE WOMEN IN MUSIC OCTOBER ISSUE LAUNCH PARTY, WITH SPOTIFY, GUESS?, Inc. and L'Oréal Paris.

By Laura Medina

Whomever appears in ELLE Magazine's October Music Issue, performed at its issue launch party, conveniently done during New York Fashion Week.

Yes, Vogue dominates New York Fashion Week but Elle zag when Vogue zig.

Let Vogue have the September Issue.  The October Music Issue belongs to Elle.

Jameela Jamil DJed the Spotify booth.

Camila Cabello sang her heart out.

The event celebrated Elle’s Women in Music Issue, honored the brave and bold female artists breaking boundaries and inspiring others with their limitless confidence and ability to express themselves through their work.  Elle.com to showcase Spotify Playlists curated by featured artists.

Nina Garcia is to Elle as Anna Wintour is to Vogue.

Nina plays host to this music meets fashion.  Rock and Roll, to an older extent, jazz and country/western also have style, in their own right.

This upcoming Elle's October, Women in Music Issue makes for a quick but deep fashion anthropology.

Come Meet The Stylists, FitFabFun's Cool Market Research Cocktail Party.

By Laura Medina

Instead of doing boring, impersonal customer surveys, FitFabFun, once in awhile, really do out of their way to learn who their customers and what their customers want.

Sometimes, it's spontaneous, impromptu meet and greet in Los Angeles' fab malls.
Sometimes, it's a really nice cocktail party, inside the inner lair of FitFabFun headquarters...ssshhhh...

Now, this is how you do an cocktail party.  Every proper consumer office has a bar/kitchen built-in.  Whole charcuterie buffet of smoked beef, pastrami, and prosciutto with chunks of cheddar, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and brie all laid simply on a chalkboard bar. No platters. No bowls.  Now, that's a bar full of bubbly rose.

While exclusive, lucky guests snacked and sipped, they browse which subscription boxes and potential outfits that FitFabFun might offer.  Then, they play a guessing of "How Much?"

Whomever comes the closest, wins a raffle.

But everyone wins, each and every guest gets a goody bag.

Good market research.

INN. CANNABIS, Where Cannabis & Cosmetics Meet.

By Laura Medina

INNOCOS Summit is the leading global event engaging decision-makers within the cosmetics, personal care and fragrance industries, on the new trends and innovations in beauty. Founder, Irina Kremin, wanted to create a cosmetic retreat that was different from the rest. She envisioned a summit she would personally want to attend, rather than just another convention. She wanted a vacation and happy time while working, which is why these events happen in extravagant places such as Paris, Dubrovnik, Florence, Dubai and Seoul, South Korea. Normally, INNOCOS has a handful of events per year, always focusing on trends and ingredients. This year, the new “Hero” ingredient is none other than the hot topic of the era, Cannabis.

Speakers included:
●       Casey Georgeson, Founder & CEO, Saint Jane Beauty
●       Donald Robertson, Artist & Creative Director, Estee Lauder Brands

●       Michael Bumgarner, Founder & Chief Visionary Offcer, Cannuka
●       Dr. Andrew Kerklaan, Founder & CEO, Dr. Kerklaan Therapeutics
●       Christopher Gavigan, Founder of Prima & Co-founder of The Honest Company.

Taking place in a large, architecturally stunning compound built in 1909, this was not just another cannabis event or beauty summit, it was both... uniquely and auspiciously mingling as one.

At INN. CANNABIS guests were exposed to a highly curated circle of influencers and speakers who are interested in having an informed conversation to dispel misinformation across industries. They were speaking about numerous topics, the benefits and business practices of creating and marketing successful products, and in the process newfound insights were revealed.

Attendees were treated to a visit to the Beauty Bar Counter which featured beauty brands from Beboe CBD, CBD + nature, GARA skincare, GRON and Love Lynn botanicals, curated and sold through The Plant Lore Agency.  Attendees were able to book a face love treatment by renowned esthetician Marissa McGarry and try on, Mi Moi CBD. Sharing the space was SVN Space and their ultra-luxury wellness lounge.

This beauty even was unlike anything you’ve seen before, attendees relished in a day of education and wellness and learned about ideas and listened to stories on the future of CBD and Cannabis in the beauty space and beyond.

Spencer Ludwig, of course, did a Song for Tommy Hilfilger's new Fall 2019 Denim Campaign.

By Laura Medina

Good, bonafide talent deserves a wardrobe.

Hot trumpter, Spencer Ludwig, who had proven himself when his song, "Diggy" was used by Target for it's own ad campaign.

Now, he worked himself up to be one of Tommy Hilfilger's brand ambassadors.

His literally "Brand New" song is the official song for Tommy Hilfilger's new Fall 2019 campaign.

Influenced by Leon Bridge's Gap ad, Spencer was motivated to write a song that was the perfect union of song, artist, and brand.

This young Millennial always dreamt of having one of his songs accompanying an ad that he, himself, is starring in.

Goals.
