Paris Saint Germain’s Soccer Open House Was One Heck of a Father’s Day Gift.

 By Laura Medina

Since Paris Saint Germain Soccer team is playing at the Rose Bowl during Father’s Day weekend, the French soccer team did a friendly, hospitable thing by popping up an inactive, immersive open house that brings French soccer world in the heart of West Hollywood. What a treat for dads.

Waltzing in, your submersed into French soccer. A soccer fanatic playground, done in French chic and glamour.

What awaits you is a modern Parisian cafe carrying current
French pastries and the traditional herb Brie baguette sandwiches of ham or turkey. Psst, they turn soft and gooey yet firm when you microwave them.

Their Parisian cafe offer cool tonics of orange and vanilla with a drop of espresso and bubbly soda water.

Just because it’s chic and glamorous, it never means it’s snotty. They have a kid-friendly family drawing and doodling table.

For sports fanatic sneaker freaks, they have a customized sneaker workshop and a bejeweled luggage tag work table.

They have sport wear couture thanks to NBA Kevin Durant X
Paris Saint Germain in self-confident pink with brown piping, with collectible couture pricing. Who says sports nuts aren’t fashionistas.

You can even have your Stanley tumblers engraved for free.

In the dance floor-stage-club house area, they seat up chairs then drape their Paris Saint Germain sports flags over them, to wave while cheering the team on tv. Those flags are free souvenirs to take home.

If the open house sports club gets steamy, you can walk up to the rooftop lounge for sun and fresh air.

They have a mojito mocktail and açaí bowl cafe.

They have  a mini soccer field, corn hole, and spacious lounge patio.

With the exception of closing early at 2:30pm on Monday, well because it’s Monday, PSG House, for short, have soccer player training fitness classes in the morning. Soccer matches to watch in the afternoon then comedy shows and fete parties to end the night.

If all these fun is exhausting, remember it’s about French soccer athletes, you can rest to recharge in the PSG Wellness Lounge.

This is the same light-mediation therapy that Paris Saint-Germain soccer players use to recoup from mental stress.

They use recorded hypnotic messages with rainbow light therapy to release them relax to reset a refreshed brain.

This stressed out scribe found watching the pulsating rainbow light therapy waves mesmerizing and beautiful.

Temporarily, it takes your worries away.

Refreshed, you’ll be ready to party with the French again.

Well, you better enjoy this mirage. It’ll disappear by Monday, June 23rd.

Miley Cyrus’ “Something Beautiful” Coming June 12th Nationwide then June 27th Globally.

 By Laura Medina

Miley Cyrus definitely left teenaged Hannah Montana behind in the dust, in her “Something Beautiful” movie.

Not a concert movie but yes, an highly conceptualized music video influenced by: David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust, Helmet Newton, Roxy Music, and Surrealist film maker, Luis Bunuel and artist, Salvador Dali.

Won’t say where or when in the movie, but expect supermodel Naomi Campbell voguing with Miley and Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard making a cameo.

Miley is sophisticated.

Jaden Lucas Miller & Dr. Jay Faber Chat About Importance of Psychology in Showbiz, During BET Awards Pre-Party.

 By Laura Medina

Despite being a rising star on CBS’ latest daytime soap opera, “Beyond The Gates,” Jaden Lucas Miller still attends college, studying psychology.  He mentions being a psychology major, helps him navigate the waves and waters of Hollywood.

Dr. Jay Faber, who also has his Faber Ryan Youth Foundation, validates Jaden continuing studying psychology while pursuing his acting career.

Dr. Faber, through his foundation, teaches resilience and grit while busting the image of Hollywood. That most perceive as a cushy image, Dr. Faber isn’t afraid to inform and teach that an entertainment career requires grit, resilience, with the drive, the focus, and don’t forget talent. In his foundation, they’ll teach students how to avoid all that external noise of social media and the popularity contest, while focusing on the work and the talent.

This BET Awards pre-party is about rising stars on the cusps.

Keep your eyes out for Taylor Farrar Herbert, on Tyler Perry’s “Divorce Sistas,” on BET.

If you all want to know about what happened with director, the late, great John Singleton, watch his son, Seven John Singleton, on ABC’s “Abbot Elementary.” One of the reasons, this party is early. Seven has a bed time.

The red carpet ended with an impromptu hip hop showcase.

Faber Ryan Foundation’s BET Awards Pre-Party was a nice, fun, light celebration that LA needs.
